Return & Refund Policy

All sales are final unless the item meets the conditions below.

1. Return Eligibility

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery only if the item is:

    • Defective

    • Damaged during shipping

    • Incorrect item sent

  • Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following are NOT eligible for return or refund:

  • Sale or discounted items

  • Limited edition or drop items

  • Digital products

  • Gift cards

  • Items showing signs of use or wear

3. Refund Type

  • Approved returns receive store credit only (no cash or original payment refunds).

  • Store credit never expires and can be used on any future purchase.

4. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • We are not responsible for lost or damaged return packages.

5. Processing Time

  • Returns are inspected upon arrival.

  • Store credit is issued within 5–10 business days after inspection.

6. Chargebacks & Abuse

  • Any false chargebacks or return abuse may result in:

    • Permanent ban from future purchases

    • Order cancellations without notice

7. Final Authority

  • We reserve the right to deny any return that does not meet our policy or appears fraudulent.
